GREENVILLE — A California-born breakfast chain recently opened its sixth South Carolina location in Greenville with another on its way to the Lowcountry soon. First Watch opened a 4,000-square-foot store with seating for 140 in a shopping center along Woodruff Road in Greenville on Jan. 23. The eatery is nuzzled in a corner between clothing store Chico's and jewelry store Diamonds Choice in The Shops at Greenridge.There are six First Watch locations in South Carolina with two in the Upstate. The Simpsonville spot on Harrison Bridge Road opened in January 2020.
